1. Coverage
Viscena warrants that the covered components listed below will be free from defects in materials and workmanship during the applicable warranty period when the product is properly assembled, operated, charged, stored, and maintained according to the applicable Viscena Owner’s & Assembly Manual.
Frame and Swingarm — 12 Months
Covered against structural manufacturing defects.
Damage caused by collision, impact, overloading, corrosion, modification, racing, jumping, stunt riding, or misuse is not covered.
Lithium-Ion Battery — 12 Months
Covered against manufacturing defects, including qualifying internal electrical faults, abnormal voltage conditions, or inability to accept a charge when caused by a manufacturing defect.
The following are not covered:
-
Normal capacity reduction
-
Temperature-related reduction in performance
-
Deep discharge
-
Prolonged storage while discharged
-
Improper charging or storage
-
Use of an unapproved charger
-
Water intrusion

Physical damage

Modification or bypassing of the battery-management system
Battery capacity naturally decreases with age, use, charge cycles, storage conditions, and temperature. Normal capacity reduction is not a manufacturing defect.
Motor / Drive Unit — 12 Months
Covered against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
Damage caused by overload, overheating, impact, water intrusion, improper wiring, unauthorized modification, or operation outside the owner’s manual is not covered.
Controller — 12 Months
Covered against manufacturing defects.
Damage caused by unauthorized tuning, altered parameters, modified wiring, improper connections, water intrusion, incompatible components, or external electrical damage is not covered.
Charger — 12 Months
The original supplied charger is covered against manufacturing defects.
Damage caused by water, impact, improper power supply, modification, misuse, or use with an incompatible battery is not covered.
Display and Wiring Harness — 90 Days
The original display, switches, wiring harness, and factory electrical connectors are covered against manufacturing defects.
Damage caused by impact, water intrusion, cut or pinched wiring, improper connections, modification, or unauthorized accessories is not covered.
Suspension and Hydraulic Brake Assemblies — 90 Days
The original front fork, rear shock absorber, brake master cylinders, brake calipers, and brake hoses are covered against manufacturing defects.
Normal seal wear, adjustment, fluid service, brake-pad wear, brake-rotor wear, crash damage, impact damage, corrosion, and improper installation are not covered.
Paint, Graphics, and Cosmetic Finish — 90 Days
Factory-applied paint, powder coating, graphics, and decals are covered against manufacturing defects present at delivery.
Scratches, chips, fading, abrasion, staining, chemical damage, impact damage, and deterioration occurring after delivery are not covered.
2. Normal Wear and Maintenance Items
Normal wear and maintenance items are not covered for ordinary wear. These include, but are not limited to:

Chains and sprockets
-
Grips
-
Bearings
-
Seals
-
Fluids and lubricants
-
Fasteners
-
Other items that normally require adjustment, maintenance, or replacement through use

4. Assembly and Inspection
The vehicle must be assembled and inspected according to the applicable Viscena Owner’s & Assembly Manual before operation.
Professional assembly by a qualified motorcycle, powersports, e-moto, or bicycle technician is strongly recommended.
Damage caused by incorrect assembly is not covered. This includes damage caused by reversed or omitted spacers, improper wheel or brake installation, incorrect fastener torque, loose electrical connections, damaged or misrouted wiring, or failure to complete the required pre-ride inspection.
When a claimed failure may reasonably be assembly-related, Viscena may request photographs, service records, an assembly invoice, a dealer build sheet, or other reasonable evidence.
Lack of professional-assembly documentation does not automatically exclude an otherwise valid claim unrelated to assembly, except where permitted by law.

The owner and rider are responsible for determining and complying with all applicable registration, licensing, insurance, equipment, and riding-location requirements.
Damage caused by unlawful, prohibited, or unintended use is not covered when that use caused or contributed to the reported failure.
8. Limitation of Implied Warranties
To the extent permitted by law, implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the applicable duration of this written Limited Warranty.
Some states do not allow limitations on the duration of implied warranties, so this limitation may not apply to you.
9. Limitation of Damages
To the extent permitted by law, Viscena is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages, including loss of use, transportation expenses, loss of time, or loss of income.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation may not apply to you.
Nothing in this Limited Warranty limits any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be limited.
10. State-Law Rights
This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
